Aboriginal Child Protection Caseworker

This role involves working sensitively and respectfully with families, developing safety plans and managing cases. You will be part of a team that aims to keep families together, ensuring the safety and wellbeing of children.

  • The ideal candidate will have experience working with vulnerable children and their families, possessing excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • A relevant diploma or degree qualification is preferred, but not essential if you have at least two years' experience in a similar role.

You will work collaboratively with other agencies, engaging in complex problem-solving and contributing to court processes. Your strong interpersonal skills will enable you to build positive working relationships with colleagues, clients, and community members.
