Develop your skills

Start by diving into 6 weeks of foundational training, which includes a trip to our Sydney or Melbourne centre for coaching, team bonding, and social events. Flights and accommodation are covered.

Hands-on learning

After building your foundations, work on real client project simulations, sharpening your skills in a practical environment. Within 12-14 weeks, you'll be ready to work with top ASX-listed clients in banking, finance, insurance, and more. Expert coaches will guide you through roles such as:

  • Software Developer
  • Automation Tester
  • Site Reliability Engineer
  • Cloud Engineer
  • And more

Requirements
  • You must hold a university degree level (bachelor or higher)
  • Commit to completing our full graduate program
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, paired with excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Eligibility to work in Australia(citizen or permanent resident)
  • Flexibility to relocate for client projects - many clients are based in Sydney and Melbourne, so we look for flexibility to relocate

We require consultants to attend the office for client assignments when necessary. Most client assignments have hybrid working arrangements with between 3-5 days a week in the office and remainder from home, depending on the client.
