Job Overview

We are currently seeking a skilled and hardworking individual to join our production team as a Fabrication Labourer. This role involves working with machinery and hand tools, communicating effectively within a large team environment, and ensuring the quality of assembled products.

The ideal candidate will possess strong physical fitness, mechanical aptitude, and attention to detail, with experience in stock handling and packaging a plus.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Fabric cutting and operating machinery safely and efficiently
  • Communicating with colleagues and supervisors in a professional and respectful manner
  • Manual handling of stock and packaging of products
  • Working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with minimal supervision
Requirements:
  • Physical fitness to handle lifting and loading of heavy products
  • Mechanical aptitude and ability to read a tape measure
  • Experience working with work orders in paper form
  • Great eye for quality with assembly process
Work Environment:

This role is available Monday-Friday, 5am-1:30pm, with opportunities for career growth and development within our organisation.
