A leading multinational FMCG manufacturer based in Southwest Sydney is seeking a highly skilled Development and Training Coordinator to join their team. This company is known for producing high-quality products and offers a dynamic work environment.

About the Role:

This is an exciting opportunity for a talented individual who thrives on designing and delivering impactful training programs. As a Development and Training Coordinator, you will be responsible for coordinating training initiatives in alignment with the company's annual training plan. You will also play a key role in their transition to e-learning, ensuring seamless delivery of both online and offline training sessions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and Deliver Engaging Training Programs: Develop and implement comprehensive training plans that cater to various teams, including operations, maintenance, and logistics. Utilize your expertise to create engaging e-learning content and conduct classroom-based training sessions.
  • Induction and Training Sessions: Coordinate inductions and training sessions for new employees, ensuring they are well-equipped to perform their roles effectively.
  • Task Descriptions and Assessments: Create and manage task descriptions and assessments for production processes, guaranteeing accuracy and adherence to company standards.
  • Collaboration and Compliance: Work closely with external training providers, RTOs, and internal stakeholders to ensure high-quality training delivery. Maintain accurate training records in the learning management system and ensure compliance training is up-to-date.
  • Process Improvement: Continuously evaluate and enhance training processes, providing recommendations for improvement and contributing to weekly and ad-hoc reporting.

About You:

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Relevant Experience: A minimum of [circa 90,000] years of experience as a Training Officer, Training Coordinator, or similar role.
  • Strong Organizational Skills: Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills, with the ability to manage time effectively and work autonomously.
  • Excellent Communication Skills: Strong written and verbal communication skills, with excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
  • Tech-Savviness: Proficiency in Microsoft Office and familiarity with Learning Management Systems (LMS) and instructional design.
