Job Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced professional to lead our department. The ideal candidate will possess excellent leadership skills and be able to motivate a team to achieve outstanding results.

The Head of Department role is responsible for overseeing the curriculum, staff management, and student outcomes. A strong focus on Health & Physical Education is essential, with experience in teaching and leading this subject area preferred.

  • Develop and implement effective curriculum plans that meet the needs of students
  • Lead and manage a team of educators to deliver high-quality learning experiences
  • Monitor and evaluate student progress, identifying areas for improvement and implementing strategies to enhance outcomes
  • Collaborate with colleagues to develop and maintain a positive school culture
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A deep understanding of the Health & Physical Education curriculum and its implementation
  • Proven leadership experience in a similar setting
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
