As a Sales Consultant at our Noarlunga club, you will play a crucial role in building and maintaining a thriving Goodlife Health Club membership base. Your primary objective will be to inspire prospective members to begin their wellness journey with us by providing exceptional customer service and sales support.

  • You will be responsible for achieving sales growth targets through proactive sales activities, including generating and converting high-quality sales leads, providing sales presentations and tours, and creating personalized member journeys.
  • A strong understanding of customer needs and preferences is essential to drive positive member retention and enhance the overall club experience.
  • You will work closely with our reception team to provide exceptional customer service, ensuring that all interactions are positive and memorable.

About You

To succeed in this role, you will need to possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, a natural ability to build rapport with people from diverse backgrounds, and a strong desire to help others achieve their goals.
