Job Title: Project Director

Location: Sydney, Australia

We are seeking an experienced and professional project director to lead high-end hospitality fit-out projects in Sydney. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background and be confident managing complex projects from day one.

The successful candidate will oversee the day-to-day operations of high-end hospitality fit-out projects, manage subcontractors, site logistics, and health & safety compliance. They will ensure that works are delivered to the highest quality standards, on time and within budget.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the day-to-day operations of high-end hospitality fit-out projects
  • Manage subcontractors, site logistics, and health & safety compliance
  • Ensure that works are delivered to the highest quality standards, on time and within budget
  • Coordinate closely with design teams and client representatives
  • Take full ownership of programme and site performance
  • Lead by example and uphold professional site conduct

Requirements:

  • Proven experience managing large-scale hospitality projects
  • Tier 1 strongly preferred
  • Previous work on hotels, restaurants, bars, or high-end leisure fit-outs essential
  • Experience with spas, gyms, or wellness areas highly desirable
  • Able to hit the ground running - minimal training required
  • Strong leadership and communication skills
  • Professional, reliable, and delivery-focused
