Job Title: Data Analyst - Digital Experience

This role as Data Analyst will be primarily responsible for delivering data analysis and reporting services for the Digital Experience & Product Team. You'll work closely with stakeholders to identify reporting needs, develop Tableau dashboards, and communicate key findings to relevant stakeholders.
Main Responsibilities:
- Work closely with business stakeholders to identify reporting requirements and provide actionable insights
- Develop, update, and automate Tableau dashboards while ensuring data quality and integrity
- Act as a key partner to the Digital Product team by assisting in defining KPIs, monitoring them, and deriving direct actions from analytics
- Undertake data preparation, cleansing, analysis design, and visualisation, and communicate key findings to stakeholders
Requirements:
- Tertiary qualification in Statistics, Data Science, Mathematics, or Computer Science
- Previous experience in a similar role within Digital Experience & Product
- Proven experience in using analytics to generate insights and drive business decisions
- Experience with A/B testing and hypothesis testing
- Highly proficient in SQL and BI visualisation tools like Tableau
