Job Title

Quality Engineer – Automation


This role offers a unique opportunity to work on end-to-end automation for Salesforce Service Cloud, building reliable automation suites and upholding quality practices. The ideal candidate will have strong test automation skills and experience with Salesforce (Service Cloud).


Key Responsibilities
  • Design, implement, and maintain UI automation for Salesforce Lightning.
  • Build API automation for Salesforce and integrated services.
  • Create robust test data strategies using SOQL/SQL; ensure environment readiness.
  • Define regression packs and quality gates in CI/CD.
  • Drive shift-left testing, defect triage, and reporting.
  • Validate Service Cloud features: Cases, Omni-Channel, Knowledge, Entitlements/SLAs, Email-to-Case, Live Chat, Macros, Service Console.

Requirements
  • 4+ years in QE/QA with strong test automation; 2+ years on Salesforce (Service Cloud).
  • Solid API testing experience and framework knowledge.
  • CI/CD, Git, and strong SOQL/SQL.
  • Clear communication, stakeholder management, and Agile delivery.
