Physiotherapy Specialist

About the Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced Physiotherapist to join our dynamic Allied Health team in the Home and Community Care area of Sydney Central and North.

This is a full-time opportunity that offers a chance to provide professional advice and services based on the needs and goals of clients, promoting their health and wellbeing.

The successful candidate will have the following key responsibilities:

• Conducting thorough assessments and developing comprehensive reports
• Designing and implementing client-centred exercise programs to address strength and balance
• Evaluating and recommending mobility equipment to enhance client mobility
• Maintaining open communication with the H&CC team to ensure seamless delivery of services

About You

To be successful in this role, you will possess the following qualifications and skills:

• Bachelor Degree or equivalent in Physiotherapy, along with current registration with the NSW Physiotherapy Board
• AHPRA registration
• Demonstrated experience in delivering Physiotherapy services for clients with chronic, aged, and complex needs
• Ability to work independently and exercise professional judgement with minimal supervision
• Previous experience working in Aged Care environments and commitment to providing quality services
• First Aid certification or willingness to obtain
• Australian Driver's License and access to your own vehicle (preferred)
• Strong organisational skills and ability to prioritise competing workloads
• Proficient in using Microsoft Office and other computer applications

Estimated Salary: $80,000 - $100,000 per annum
