Lead Early Childhood Educator

We are seeking an enthusiastic and experienced educator to join our team as a Lead Early Childhood Educator. In this role, you will have the opportunity to develop and implement high-quality programs that cater to the diverse needs of young children.

As a key member of our team, you will work collaboratively with other educators to ensure seamless daily routines, engaging activities, and stimulating learning experiences for all children in your care.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and lead age-specific programs and daily routines that foster children's social, emotional, physical, and cognitive growth.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to design and implement integrated curricula that cater to diverse child needs.
  • Contribute to ongoing professional development opportunities for self and peers, enhancing knowledge and skills in early childhood education.
Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will require:

  • A recognized Certificate III or higher in Early Childhood Education and Care (ECEC).
  • Significant experience leading and developing age-specific programs and daily routines.
  • An approved Working with Children Check (State Specific).
  • Current Asthma, Anaphylaxis, and First Aid Certificates.
