The Retail Supervisor Opportunity at Kohl's Peru is responsible for leading and supervising a team of associates to deliver excellent customer service and achieve sales targets. As a Supervisor, you will be expected to teach, coach, and develop your team members while maintaining operational efficiency.

Key Accountabilities

  • Lead and coach associates to achieve sales targets and meet or exceed individual goals.
  • Train and develop associates on point of sale and customer service standards, including product knowledge and merchandising.
  • Manage inventory levels and support shortage mitigation efforts.
  • Oversee daily cash-related processes, including register balancing and voided transactions.

Requirements

  • Must be at least 18 years old and have prior experience in retail or a similar industry.
