Job Title: Machinery Operations Specialist

The Equipment Coordinator plays a vital role in ensuring customer satisfaction by providing expert advice, efficient pickups, deliveries and maintaining high-quality equipment.

This role requires:

  • Instructing and demonstrating safe use of machinery to customers
  • Providing exceptional customer service in all interactions
  • Maintaining equipment standards through regular servicing and minor repairs
  • Cleaning branch facilities and performing equipment maintenance as required
  • Conducting equipment check-in and check-out inspections

Successful applicants come from diverse backgrounds such as customer service, building and construction, hospitality, retail, driving, landscaping, trade and maintenance. Essential qualifications include:

  • A valid driver's license
  • Availability to work weekends on a rotating roster
  • Physical fitness and ability to pass a drug test
  • Strong communication skills
  • Proactivity and willingness to learn new skills
  • An interest in machinery and equipment (training provided)
  • A positive attitude and teamwork mentality
