  • Solution Delivery: Ensure timely and efficient delivery of PEEPLCOACH products, communicate effectively with clients to resolve issues and troubleshoot any delivery challenges.
  • Process Innovation: Identify and implement process improvements, collaborate with teams, and build flexible delivery models.
  • Customer-Centric Focus: Understand customer needs, use data insights for enhancing experiences, and maintain quality standards.
  • Data-Driven Decision Making: Use data analytics for monitoring and improving operations, identify trends, and evaluate new tools.
  • Reporting & Documentation: Oversee client reporting and work with our Power BI partners to enhance our reporting capabilities.
Qualifications and Skills

To be successful in this role, you will need:
