Senior Mental Health Practitioner

Mental health professionals play a vital role in delivering acute outpatient care and supporting recovery and continuity of care within the community. This is an exciting opportunity to join our team as a skilled mental health professional who can make a meaningful contribution to the lives of adults and their families.
Key Responsibilities:- Deliver timely consultation, assessment, treatment, and follow-up support for adults across the Lower Mid North Coast.
- Support consumers to transition from hospital to home with medication monitoring, psychoeducation, relapse prevention, and coordinated support with local services.
- Work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team on a dynamic 7-day rotating roster to provide high-quality, person-centred care.
- A relevant qualification in Occupational Therapy, Psychology, Nursing, or Social Work with eligibility or membership of the relevant professional association/registration through AHPRA.
- Eligibility to drive in NSW and interstate, and willingness to travel as required by the role.
