We are seeking an experienced Sales Representative to join our team in New South Wales, Australia. As a key member of our sales team, you will play a vital role in driving business growth and developing long-term relationships with clients.
About the RoleThis is an exceptional opportunity for a results-driven individual to excel in a fast-paced sales environment. You will be responsible for reporting directly to the Head of Sales and Marketing, providing regular updates on outdoor sales activities, achievements, and challenges.
You will strive to meet or exceed established Key Performance Indicators, including sales targets, customer acquisition goals, and other relevant metrics. Your focus will be on building and managing a robust sales pipeline, ensuring a steady flow of qualified leads and opportunities to meet sales targets.
Key Responsibilities- Report directly to the Head of Sales and Marketing, providing regular updates on outdoor sales activities, achievements, and challenges.
- Strive to meet or exceed established Key Performance Indicators, including sales targets, customer acquisition goals, and other relevant metrics.
- Work closely with the Head of Sales and Marketing to align individual sales strategies with broader organizational objectives, ensuring synergy across the sales team.
- Provide valuable insights into market trends, customer preferences, and competitor activities, contributing to strategic decision-making.
- Collaborate closely with the Head of Sales and Marketing to align outdoor sales strategies with overall organizational objectives and marketing initiatives.
- Establish an effective feedback loop with the Head of Sales and Marketing, providing insights on customer needs, market trends, and potential opportunities.
- Build and manage a robust sales pipeline, ensuring a steady flow of qualified leads and opportunities to meet sales targets.
- Maintain long-term relationships with clients, aiming for repeat business and customer loyalty.
The ideal candidate will have proven experience in B2B sales, preferably in the industrial equipment sector (stone, glass, steel, construction). They will possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, be self-motivated with a strong drive for results, and have the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
