We are currently seeking a reliable and hardworking individual to undertake casual cleaning duties across two venues.

Responsibilities will include general cleaning, deep cleaning, sanitization, waste management, and time management. All required chemicals and equipment will be provided by the employer.

The successful candidate will work a variable schedule of 5-7am or 4-6pm from Thursday to Monday each week. Prior to commencing each shift, the individual will receive detailed information regarding the tasks to be completed.

Key responsibilities and requirements include:

  • General cleaning: Sweeping, vacuuming, and mopping floors; dusting surfaces and furniture; cleaning windows, mirrors, and glass.
  • Deep cleaning: Pressure washing, furniture and equipment cleaning.
  • Sanitization: Disinfecting and cleaning restrooms, kitchens, and other high-touch areas to maintain hygiene.
  • Waste management: Emptying trash and recycling bins and ensuring waste is disposed of properly.

Desirable skills and qualifications for this role include:

  • Physical stamina to perform physically demanding tasks, such as bending, lifting, and standing for long periods.
  • Ability to manage time effectively and prioritize tasks to meet cleaning schedules.
  • Attention to detail to ensure thorough and complete cleaning.
  • Safety awareness, including safe handling practices for cleaning chemicals and equipment.

This is a casual position with the opportunity to earn between $24.95 and $30.00 per hour. The expected hours of work will be approximately 10-20 hours per week.

Work location will be in person at one of our venues.
