We are currently seeking an exceptional Pasta Production Specialist to join our team. This role will focus on the preparation and production of handcrafted pasta, ensuring the highest quality and consistency in every dish.
About the RoleThis position is responsible for creating high-quality pasta for our menu items, from dough-making to shaping and finishing.
Main ResponsibilitiesPasta dough-making and shaping
Preparation of high-quality pasta for our menu items
Maintenance of a clean and organized kitchen environment
Collaboration with other chefs and kitchen staff to ensure efficient service periods
Strong skills in pasta production, from dough-making to shaping and finishing
Experience with Italian cuisine is essential
Chef experience in an a-la-carte restaurant
Meticulous attention to detail and a passion for precision in preparation
Able to work morning shifts
Highly adaptable and able to perform in high-pressure service periods
Solid understanding of food safety standards
Proven ability to work collaboratively within a high-performing team
Organisational and time management skills
Qualification in Commercial Cookery or equivalent
