About the Role

Polyaire Air Conditioning Products is seeking a highly skilled Branch Supervisor to oversee the daily operations of our Dandenong branch. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing branch staff, improving office and warehouse processes, and building strong relationships with key account holders.

Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinate the receipt, storage, and dispatch of goods to maintain accurate inventory records.
  • Oversee the storage, packing, and dispatch processes for customer orders.
  • Supervise the planning and layout of the branch facilities.
  • Train and develop branch employees to ensure adherence to Polyaire policies and procedures.
  • Collaborate with Managers on operational matters.
  • Assist with counter sales as needed.
  • Evaluate the performance of branch staff and provide feedback.
  • Prepare reports on branch operations as required.
Requirements
  • Technical or tertiary qualifications preferred, along with work experience in the air-conditioning industry.
  • Design experience is advantageous.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and leadership qualities are required, contributing to the operations network.
  • Strong negotiation, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
  • Strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities.
