Factory Sorter

SHRED-X, a leading provider of documentation, electronic products, and specialist fabric destruction and recycling solutions, is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as an Afternoon Shift Factory Sorter.

• Maintain a clean and organized facility, ensuring all stock is returned to its designated place.
• Empty pallets and container bins, and check loads for security.
• Operate shredding and bailing equipment in accordance with standards.
• Assist in the unloading and reloading of local trucks and loading of export containers and semi-trailers to allowed load limits.
• Check the quality of incoming and outgoing materials and report any non-compliance to the supervisor.

• Preferably holding a current Forklift licence.
• Positive and enthusiastic attitude.
• Ability to work autonomously and independently.
• Strong communication skills – written and verbal.
• Good Time Management.
• Attention to detail.

• Undergo a Federal Police clearance check.
