Pool Service Technician Job DescriptionJob Summary:

We are seeking a skilled Pool Service Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will be experienced in pool and spa servicing, have excellent communication skills, and be physically fit.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Perform routine pool and spa cleaning tasks onsite and in-shop;
  • Conduct water quality testing and perform chemical rebalancing as needed;
  • Maintain and repair pool equipment such as pumps, filters, and heaters;
  • Provide exceptional customer service and ensure client satisfaction.
Requirements:
  • High school diploma or equivalent required;
  • Previous experience in pool maintenance and servicing;
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills;
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team;
  • Physical stamina to perform manual labor tasks;
  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
