We are seeking a highly skilled Transformation Programme Manager to join our Digital and Technology Group at WorkCover Queensland. As a key member of our programme team, you will be responsible for leading a team of Change Managers and promoting the consistent application of our change management framework and methodology across the portfolio.
The ideal candidate will have tertiary qualifications in human resources, organisational psychology, or other relevant fields, and experience leading organisational change efforts. They should also possess relevant knowledge of behaviour change models and be able to influence stakeholders towards a common goal.
You will design and drive integrated learning solutions to build change management capability across senior executives, leaders, and impacted employees. This includes providing support to change managers and quality assurance activities to ensure all projects have the required change management documents and activities in place at the relevant project stage.
In this role, you will manage metrics to monitor aggregated change impact across the portfolio, track change maturity, and ROI of changes at WorkCover. You will also grow and develop the change management capability, with a particular focus on taking an enterprise-wide view of change to ensure it supports transformational activities and culture.
The successful candidate will be passionate about creating an environment where employees embrace learning, enabling them to grow and thrive during change.
