Job Description:

As a Kiosk Brand Ambassador, you will be the face of Nespresso at our kiosks. Your primary focus will be to create a positive and engaging experience for customers by demonstrating Nespresso coffee through sampling, converting engagements into sales, and assisting customers in finding their perfect machine.

Key responsibilities include preparing coffee for customers, completing coffee transactions, providing excellent customer service, maintaining cleanliness and organization of the kiosk, and ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations.

Requirements:
  • High energy and passion for working within a team
  • Available to work Monday-Sunday and late night shopping trade hours on a roster system
  • Impeccable standards of personal grooming
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills

Others:

As a Kiosk Brand Ambassador, you will be expected to maintain accurate records of sales and ensure proper storage and handling of consumables & milk products. You will also work collaboratively with team members and perform opening and closing duties as required.
