Inventory & Assembly Support

The Inventory and Assembly Support position is responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our warehouse and assembly areas.

  • Key Responsibilities:
    • Receiving and inspecting goods on arrival, reporting discrepancies as necessary.
    • Processing purchase orders in our inventory management system upon receipt of goods.
    • Organizing and storing goods in designated storage locations.
    • Maintaining a safe environment for handling and storing hazardous and fragile items.
    • Ensuring the storage area remains clean and organized.
  • Shipping & Receiving
    • Preparing and packaging outgoing shipments.
    • Loading and unloading delivery vehicles.
  • Procurement Support
    • Assisting with procurement documentation such as purchase requisitions.
  • Equipment Operation & Product Assembly Support
    • Providing materials to the assembly team as needed.
    • Supporting assembly activities during the build program.
    • Operating forklifts, pallet jacks, and other warehouse equipment safely.
Requirements:
  • C Class Driver's License (essential).
  • High Risk Forklift License (essential).
  • High Risk Overhead Crane Certificate (desirable).
  • High Risk Dogman's License (desirable).
  • First Aid Certificate (desirable).
  • Basic computer skills.
  • Proven administrative and organizational abilities, with strong attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively to meet deadlines.
  • Effective communication skills for liaising with stakeholders at all levels.
  • Capacity to work autonomously and within a team environment.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills.
  • Physical fitness for manual handling and assembly tasks.
  • Commitment to maintaining a safe working environment.
  • Ability to pass a pre-employment medical check and drug screening.
