About the Role
  • Drive the development of pay.com.au and payrewards.com websites, built on WordPress
  • Work closely with marketing, design, and product teams
  • Optimize site speed, security, SEO performance, and responsiveness across devices
  • Make architectural and tooling contributions (e.g. plugins, theme structure, hosting, performance monitoring)
  • Collaborate to improve documentation, workflows, version control, and deployment processes
About You
  • 5+ years of web development experience, with strong WordPress skills (custom themes, PHP, Gutenberg, performance optimization)
  • Proven experience making architectural decisions across modern web stacks
  • Ability to manage offshore developers while maintaining high-quality delivery
