Cashier Services Supervisor

The Customer Service Manager plays a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our casino cages and keno. This individual will oversee the team of cashiers, assist with daily coordination and operation, and ensure compliance with relevant regulations.
This position is responsible for supervising cashiers, handling customer service situations, and assisting with day-to-day operations. Key responsibilities include:
- Ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements
- Assisting with premium group buy-ins and settlements
- Handling customer complaints and difficult service situations
- Assisting the duty manager in accounting for inventory
Key qualifications for this position include:
- Minimum two years' experience as a cashier or similar
- Previous supervisory experience is advantageous
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Thorough knowledge of casino cage procedures
