Job Description

This role involves working across multiple areas including Crisis Assessment and Treatment, Triage, Emergency Psychiatry, and APACER.

As a Registered Psychiatric Nurse Grade 4, you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Developing and implementing individualized care plans
  • Collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to deliver comprehensive care
  • Providing education and support to patients and families

Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will require:

  • Approved tertiary qualifications in nursing
  • Registration with the Nursing and Midwifery Board via AHPRA
  • Minimum of 5 years post-graduate experience
  • Previous work within an acute community mental health setting
