We are seeking an experienced Retail Operations Manager to lead our dynamic team at Review Adelaide. This is an exciting opportunity for you to demonstrate your drive and initiative in supporting the end-to-end operations of the store.

About the Role
  • Analyze sales performance and identify areas of improvement to optimize store operations.
  • Develop and implement strategies to enhance customer experience and increase sales.
  • Mentor and motivate a diverse team of fashion enthusiasts to achieve sales targets.
  • Closely monitor store presentation and visual merchandising to ensure impeccable standards.

You will be responsible for:

Main Responsibilities
  • Driving customer-led culture through excellent service standards.
  • Inspiring and mentoring a diverse team of fashion enthusiasts.
  • Monitoring store sales performance and identifying areas of improvement.
  • Ensuring store presentation is immaculate through visual merchandising.
  • Taking a proactive approach in loss prevention management.
  • Effectively managing rosters to ensure they are costed within budget.
  • Recruiting, selecting, and training like-minded team members.
  • Ensuring a safe, healthy, and fit work environment (adhering to state and national OH&S legislation).
Requirements
  • Retail leadership/management experience.
  • Passion for creating a memorable service experience for customers.
  • Experience in training, coaching, and mentoring team members.
  • Experience in driving and exceeding KPIs.
  • Experience with stock control and visual merchandising.
  • Effective roster management and wage control.
  • Excellent time management skills.
  • Commitment to continuous improvement and learning.
  • Comfortable communicating with stakeholders at all levels.

This is a full-time position working Tuesday - Saturday roster. You will enjoy:

Salary: $80,000 - $110,000 per annum, depending on experience.
