**Job Opportunity:**

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate individual to join our team as a Home Care Employee.

The successful applicant will be responsible for providing high-quality, person-centred care to home care consumers while maintaining commitment to respecting their values, preferences, culture, and spiritual beliefs.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  1. Be responsive to consumers' and families' usual routine and standards
  2. Work collaboratively with consumers, families, and other employees
  3. Deliver care in a professional, person-centred manner
  4. Follow individualised care and support plans
  5. Relate warmly to all consumers, respecting their dignity and self-esteem
  6. Maintain a safe and welcoming environment

**Requirements:**

  • Certificate III in Aged Care Work
  • Proven ability to deliver person-centred care
  • Current Senior First Aid Certificate
  • Current driver's licence
  • An understanding of safe work practices
  • National Police Check
