Job Description

We're seeking a dedicated caregiver to join our team at our Wodonga facility. As a caregiver, you'll play a vital role in delivering high-quality care to our residents, ensuring their physical, emotional, and social needs are met.

Key Responsibilities:
  • To provide personal care and support to residents, including assistance with daily living activities such as bathing, dressing, and toileting.
  • To assist residents with mobility and transfers, using equipment such as walkers and wheelchairs as necessary.
  • To prepare and serve meals, snacks, and refreshments to residents.
  • To engage residents in activities and programs that promote socialization, stimulation, and enjoyment.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you'll need:

  • A minimum Certificate 3 qualification in Ageing, Individual Support, Care, or Disability.
  • Experience working in a similar role, preferably in an aged care setting.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with residents, families, and colleagues.
  • A passion for delivering high-quality care and making a positive impact on the lives of others.

  • A competitive salary of $60,000 - $70,000 per annum, depending on experience.
