Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Restaurant Manager to lead our team and drive business growth. As a Restaurant Manager, you will be responsible for all aspects of restaurant management, including profitability, customer satisfaction, and team leadership.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage a high-performing team to deliver exceptional customer experiences
- Develop and implement strategies to drive sales growth, reduce costs, and improve profitability
- Ensure compliance with quality and safety standards, as well as brand standards
- Provide coaching and development opportunities to team members
- Collaborate with the Restaurant Support Centre to drive business growth and improvement
Requirements
- Proven experience in restaurant management, preferably in the hospitality industry
- Strong business acumen and commercial skills
- Excellent leadership and communication skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing circumstances
