We're seeking a skilled Rehabilitation Consultant to join our team in the Ipswich Lockyer Valley region.
The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, excellent time management and organisational skills, and a collaborative mindset. They will also have the opportunity to develop their own innovative health prevention projects and travel to regional areas as part of their role requirements.
Key Responsibilities- Management of a caseload that includes project opportunities, early intervention, and critical incident response
- Case management of clients with a broad range of physical and psychosocial needs
- Case load will include a mix of providing support to assist clients to return to their same workplace and also assisting clients to find new employment options
- OCCUPATIONAL THERAPY or relevant tertiary qualification
- OCCUPATIONAL REHABILITATION experience is desired however not essential
- New and recent graduates welcome to apply
- Full-time or part-time positions will be considered with flexible working hours depending on customer needs
