Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Release Manager to join our team in a key role that will be responsible for establishing and managing Release Management processes.

The ideal candidate will have at least 3 years of experience in this field, with a strong understanding of the SDLC, DevOps, and CI/CD. They should also have experience working with release management tools like JIRA, Confluence, and Agile Methodologies.

The selected candidate will be responsible for managing release-related interdependencies, ensuring adherence to key governance processes and milestone management, and maintaining the integrity of releases. Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, are essential, along with good collaboration, time management, and negotiation skills.

In addition, the ideal candidate will be able to work under pressure and drive improvement in all aspects of Release processes. Relevant tertiary qualifications, such as a Diploma of Project Management or SAFe Agile, are highly desirable.

The successful candidate will be comfortable with new ways of thinking about accessibility and enthusiastic about accessible design & development. Experience conducting risk assessments and implementing mitigation strategies to protect against potential security threats is also beneficial.

Requirements:
