The Role: Clinical Team Leader

We're looking for an inspiring Clinical Team Leader to join our leadership team and support our amazing group of therapists. You'll be a mix of clinician, leader, and project creator, guiding the team while working alongside them on programs that make a difference.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Take on a blend of clinical work, team supervision, and project leadership.
  • Partner with other team leaders to develop innovative services and enhance the Peninsula Plus experience.
  • Lead and design professional development, tackle meaningful projects, and get creative with program development.

What You'll Need to Bring

  • A professional qualification in Speech Pathology with current SPA registration.
  • The drive to support a thriving, collaborative team.
  • 5+ years of clinical experience.
  • Strong leadership, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.
  • A driver's license.

The estimated salary for this role is around $95,000 - $110,000 per annum, depending on experience.
