About the Role:

This Human Resources Business Partner will focus on building and uplifting capability across Western Australia. If you have a passion for coaching and developing others, creating a winning and engaging culture, then this role may be perfect for you.

You will partner strategically with the Regional General Manager (RGM) and Area Managers (AMs) to bring to life ANZ's people plan, shaping key regional initiatives and activities. This role is highly influential within the regional leadership team and works collaboratively with other People and Culture partners to drive people initiatives and key people lifecycle events.

  • Identify, engage, and develop talent through our pipeline from Nandoca to Area Manager, ensuring proactive and consistent workforce planning.
  • Work alongside the RGM and AMs to identify future leaders/high potentials and support development plans.
  • Analyze metrics such as turnover, retention, compliance, and partner with Operations to build action plans for stability.
  • Drive participation in engagement surveys, analyze results, and ensure relevant action plans are completed.
  • Focus on Safety, Health & Well-Being, Changing Lives, and strategic project work to improve and evolve the People & Culture function.
  • Support recruitment priorities and strategy, driving recruitment activities for the region, including group recruitment and restaurant management recruitment.
  • Contribute to developing an engaged and aligned Nando's culture.
  • Partner with RGM & AMs to support culture and engagement events.

What You'll Bring:

  • Tertiary degree level qualification in Human Resources or related field.
  • Experience in developing talent and coaching others, preferably in a multi-site business.
  • Able to work in a partnership model, demonstrated through support, guidance, and collaboration.
  • Leadership and project landing capabilities.
  • Previous experience in Employee Relations activity is strongly regarded.
  • Strong relationship-building skills and ability to build rapport at all levels.
  • Excellent communication skills and influence outcomes.
  • Comfortable supporting regional activity by being present in restaurants and open to regional travel.
