Your Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver tailored personal care services, including showering, grooming and toileting
  • Foster meaningful life engagement activities that cater to individual needs
  • Support residents with varying levels of dementia, promoting independence and dignity
  • Recognise, report and respond to changes in resident conditions, ensuring seamless care delivery

Our comprehensive onboarding program includes orientation, buddy shifts and ongoing support from experienced nurses and managers.

To Be Successful In This Role, You Will
  • Demonstrate a genuine passion for serving elderly people and making a positive impact on their lives
  • Show flexibility and adaptability in committing to a range of shifts, including nights and weekends
  • Cultivate strong teamwork skills while working independently and taking initiative where necessary
  • Maintain knowledge and experience working with individuals living with dementia, their unique needs and challenges
  • Possess Cert III or Cert IV in Aged Care, or equivalent qualifications
