About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Dietitian to join our team at Humanity Health Group. As a Dietitian, you will play a crucial role in providing high-quality care to our clients, working closely with multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement personalized nutrition plans.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct comprehensive assessments of clients' nutritional needs and develop evidence-based plans to improve their health and wellbeing.
  • Collaborate with clients, their families, and carers to provide education and support services that focus on goal attainment.
  • Deliver and evaluate reports that meet the needs of the target audience, ensuring accurate and timely information.
  • Liaise with internal and external stakeholders to provide individualized support plans and strengthen partnerships.
  • Develop relationships with stakeholders to enhance partnerships and potential work opportunities.
  • Manage day-to-day client activities to support positive outcomes for clients and their families.
  • Participate in regular professional development opportunities to enhance skills and knowledge.
  • Fulfill administrative requirements, including record keeping, billing, and invoicing, with our support.
Requirements
  • An approved degree in Nutrition and Dietetics with at least 2 years' on-the-job experience.
  • Registration with the appropriate board (Dietitians Australia), or eligibility to obtain.
  • Satisfactory criminal record and working with children check (or state equivalent), or willingness to complete them.
  • Current and unrestricted driver's license with access to own vehicle.
  • A passion for helping and assisting a diverse range of clients.
  • Evidence of completion of the NDIS mandatory orientation module.
  • High levels of verbal and written communication skills.
  • Experience working with individuals with a disability is desirable but not required.
