Registered Nurse Position

The ideal candidate will be a highly skilled and compassionate Registered Nurse with a passion for delivering exceptional patient care.

We are seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse to join our team on a casual basis, working across a range of shifts. As a Registered Nurse, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest level of clinical care and attention to our residents.

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Conducting holistic assessments of residents and their families
  • Developing and evaluating individualized care plans
  • Supervising and supporting Personal Care Workers
  • Providing clinical care, including wound management, palliative care, and medication management
  • Coordinating with medical and allied health professionals
  • Creating positive resident experiences through a person-centered approach
  • Working within applicable quality standards, including Aged Care Quality Standards and NDIS Practice Standards

To be successful in this role, you will require:

  • Registration with AHPRA as a Registered Nurse
  • Minimum 1 year of clinical care experience, ideally in Aged Care
  • Strong communication skills
  • Hold NDIS Worker Checks (or willing to obtain)
  • Passion for delivering person-centered care
