Rehabilitation Consultant Role

We are seeking a skilled professional to join our team of healthcare professionals. As a key member, your role will be to assess, plan, and implement rehabilitative programs to achieve positive return-to-work outcomes for our clients.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Managing a caseload of injured clients and developing workplace-based rehabilitation programs
  • Conducting initial and worksite assessments to identify clients' needs and create effective rehabilitation plans
  • Providing rehabilitation counseling and support to clients throughout their recovery journey
  • Evaluating clients' progress and preparing reports to track their progress and make data-driven decisions

You will work closely with referring agency staff, injured workers, employers, medical practitioners, and allied health professionals to ensure the best possible outcomes for our clients.

Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Relevant tertiary qualifications and AHPRA/ESSA registration (graduates considered)
  • Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills, enabling you to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues
  • Ability to self-motivate and manage your workload effectively, prioritizing tasks and meeting deadlines
  • Exceptional customer service skills, ensuring that clients receive excellent care and support
  • Report writing skills, allowing you to prepare clear and concise reports to track clients' progress and inform decision-making
