We are seeking an experienced Accounts Payable Supervisor to lead our national payables function. As a key member of our finance team, you will be responsible for the accurate, timely, and efficient management of our accounts payable process.
Key Responsibilities- Manage a team of 2 AP Officers
- Oversee the entirety of the national payables function
- Develop and implement process improvements and projects
- Ensure the accuracy of the team's work following correct process
- Manage all escalated issues
- Reconciliation of supplier statements and credit cards
- Month end journals and reporting
We are looking for a hands-on leader with at least 4 years' experience working in a similar position. You should have excellent communication skills and be able to influence and engage with our team members. Experience with payable projects would be advantageous.
