Are you a dedicated and compassionate healthcare professional seeking a challenging role in community care? We are currently recruiting for a Registered Nurse position at CatholicCare Central Queensland.

This exciting opportunity offers the chance to lead, collaborate on complex care plans, and shape service delivery through policy development. As part of a supportive team, you will provide expert guidance and help enhance independence and quality of life for those in need.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide in-home nursing care to clients with complex needs
  • Assess client needs and develop individual care plans for interventions and treatment
  • Develop and provide reports regarding client needs and conditions
  • Work collaboratively to develop and implement policies and procedures to enhance services provided to all clients
  • Lead and support other nurses providing in-home care

Requirements:

  • Bachelor of Nursing Degree
  • Minimum 5 years of nursing experience
  • Minimum 3 years community (or aged care) Nursing experience (Desirable)
  • Current C class Driver's license (QLD)
