About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Automation Architect to join our team at Infosys Limited. As a key member of our Quality Engineering team, you will be responsible for defining and implementing enterprise-level test automation strategies for our clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement test automation frameworks using various tools such as Selenium, Rest Assured, and TOSCA.
  • Design and implement automation solutions for large-scale enterprises, ensuring high-quality and efficient test execution.
  • Lead the implementation of test strategies, test plans, and test execution for complex projects.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve testing efficiency and quality.
  • Mentor and guide junior team members to enhance their automation skills.
Requirements
  • 8-12 years of experience in Information Technology, with a focus on test automation and quality engineering.
  • Strong expertise in API/Microservices testing and automation using Rest Assured and Postman.
  • Experience with Continuous Integration environments, including configuration, build, and release management.
  • Knowledge of industrializing BDD/TDD using tools like Cucumber, Serenity, and Playwright-BDD.
  • Ability to plan, automate, and execute test scripts, and investigate any issues found.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience with scripting/development languages such as Java, J2EE, PL/SQL, Perl, Shell, Python, etc.
  • Unit testing frameworks like TestNG, Junit, mocking solutions, etc.
  • Code coverage tools like Jacoco, JSCover, Sonar, etc.
  • Continuous integration systems: Jenkins, Bamboo, etc.
  • Collaboration and project management tools: JIRA, Rally, ALM, etc.
