At Signature Care Operations, we're seeking a highly skilled Cloud Infrastructure Architect to join our team. As a key member of our IT department, you'll be responsible for designing, building, and maintaining our cloud infrastructure to ensure seamless communication and data exchange.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design and implement cloud infrastructure solutions using Azure and AWS
  • Lead initiatives and projects related to data, voice, and video-based communications
  • Manage the migration of on-prem servers and other cloud providers to Azure and AWS
  • Administer, maintain, and monitor network systems, including building a new SD-WAN or similar network solution
  • Provide recommendations for upgrades and optimize resources as needed
  • Offer 2nd & 3rd level support for information and network system users
  • Ensure procedural and technical documentation for information and network systems is up-to-date
Requirements:
  • Knowledge and hands-on experience in Azure and AWS environments
  • Expertise in leading network vendor technologies, including Fortinet, Cisco, and Dell
  • Proven track record in managing national WANs, Hybrid Cloud, and Multi-Vendor networks
  • Understanding of cybersecurity principles for modern network architecture and maintenance
  • Proficient in collaborating with vendors on LAN/WAN Technologies and Wi-Fi Technologies
  • Experience in planning, designing, implementing, and maintaining comprehensive firewall solutions
  • In-depth knowledge of IP Telephony systems, ensuring seamless communication infrastructure
  • Expertise in integrating Enterprise Networks with Cloud Service providers, optimizing connectivity and scalability
  • Experience in a network engineer/consultant/architect role, managing, building, and designing a complex network (ideally 10 years+)
  • Experience with cloud networking (AWS, Azure, GCP) (ideally 5 years+)
  • Experience in tuning/optimizing network monitoring, logging, and anomaly detection tools such as Extrahop, Splunk, and Thousandeye
