We're seeking a skilled Solutions Engineer to join our team and help drive the security revolution.
This role plays a critical part in establishing technical credibility and confidence with prospective clients, leveraging experience and drive to envision, position, and sell innovative solutions. You'll work closely with sales reps and channel partners to define how we can best achieve customers' goals with our products.
- Establish yourself as a resident subject matter expert on our ecosystem.
- Collaborate with sales reps to meet target sales quotas.
- Build strong relationships with prospects and establish technical credibility to advance deals.
- Maintain relationships with existing customers and look for opportunities to expand product usage and improve their security posture where relevant.
- Develop and deliver successful proofs of concept, deployment planning, and technical consulting engagements.
- Actively communicate with engineering and marketing teams regarding evolving customer requirements in the marketplace.
- Contribute to solutions development to expand into new target markets and industries.
- Enhance the customer's experience through conferences, workshops, and written documentation.
Key Requirements:
- 4+ years of experience in roles requiring direct technical customer interaction, such as Solutions Engineering or Pre-sales background preferably in the IT-security space.
- Familiarity with commonly used security technologies and protocols including two-factor authentication, IAM, Single Sign-On, VPN, various authentication protocols (OATH, SAML, OpenID, ADFS, FIDO).
- Able to configure and install enterprise technologies including network infrastructure, virtualization, web applications, Windows, Mac, and Linux.
- Able to troubleshoot Windows, Mac, and Linux environments.
- Excellent written and oral business communication skills.
- Excellent project management skills.
- Ability to collaborate across geographically dispersed functions.
Benefits:
- 20-40% travel expected.
- Location: Poland.
- Hours: Monday – Friday, 40 hours per week.
