Develop and implement comprehensive educational initiatives to enhance the use of North Online among stakeholders.
- Identify knowledge gaps and upskilling opportunities for advisers and support staff
- Design, deliver, and evaluate training programs to ensure effective usage of North Online
- Collaborate with internal teams to improve quality of help and support material on North Online
- Establish strong working relationships with key stakeholders
- Deliver virtual training sessions as per agreed schedules
- Enhance help and support material on North Online in accordance with agreed timelines
- Prepare engaging presentations, videos, and educational content for delivery to support advice practices
- Hold Green/Black Belt training certification
- Have in-depth knowledge of North products and systems
- Experience in reporting, data interpretation, and stakeholder presentation
- Ability to identify opportunities for improvement and design solutions
- Lead development projects and implement change effectively
