Responsibilities:
- Assist in the provision of technical service and support to customers.
- Develop and maintain knowledge of telecommunications technologies and systems.
- Collaborate with other team members to achieve business objectives.
- Provide excellent customer service and support.
Requirements:
- Hold a current driver's license.
- Be physically fit for the role.
- Have the ability to undergo pre-employment medical and drug alcohol screening.
- Undergo a police check.
- Have professional and polite communication skills.

About the Role:
As a Telecommunications Trainee, you will work alongside a mentor offering ongoing coaching, support, and mentoring during your traineeship. You will gain hands-on training providing our customers with a great experience by activating and assuring telecommunications/technology products and services, in homes and/or businesses.
You will actively participate in a diverse team environment to deliver optimum customer and commercial outcomes aligned to our company values and strategy.

This is a Fixed-term role for 12 months.

Qualifications:
As a Trainee Technician, you will be provided with Telecommunication Technology Cert III training during the traineeship along with relevant certifications and/or licensing for the location you reside in.
