The Investment Associate will play a key role in all aspects of the investment process, including deal sourcing, due diligence, financial analysis, and portfolio management. - Manage relationships with external stakeholders, including investment bankers, advisors, and industry experts.
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, Economics, or a related field.
- 2-6 years of experience in investment banking, management consulting, private equity, or related field; prior private equity experience is highly sought after.
- Strong quantitative and analytical skills, with proficiency in financial modelling and valuation techniques.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey complex ideas clearly and effectively.
- Proven ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
- Demonstrated passion for investing, with a keen interest in learning and staying abreast of industry trends and market developments.
- High level of integrity, professionalism, and attention to detail.
