About the Role:
In this dynamic leadership position, you will lead a high-performing team to deliver exceptional, resident-centered care. Your primary responsibility will be to create a warm, welcoming home environment that residents and their families love.

Key Responsibilities:

Requirements:
• Proven leadership experience in aged care, particularly in managing homes with 100+ beds.
• A background in healthcare (nursing or medical) is preferred, but extensive aged care management experience is highly valued.
• In-depth knowledge of aged care standards, regulations, and accreditation processes.
• Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate your team.
