Are you a people person who loves Christmas?

We're looking for charismatic and cheerful team members to join us this season.

As a Christmas Casual Helper, you'll be responsible for creating a joyful experience for our customers.

From decorating the store to providing exceptional customer service, your role will be key in making our customers' Christmas sparkle.

Here are some of the key responsibilities you'll have:

  • Help create a magical shopping environment that delights our customers.
  • Provide outstanding customer service, ensuring every interaction is friendly, helpful, and efficient.
  • Assist with visual merchandising, including unpacking, replenishing stock, and maintaining store displays.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to achieve sales targets and provide an exceptional shopping experience.

What we're looking for in a candidate:

  • A passion for delivering excellent customer experiences.
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • The ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Flexibility and availability to work varying shifts, including weekends and evenings.
