We're looking for an experienced Store Manager to join our Canberra Factor House team. As a Store Manager, you'll be responsible for delivering an exceptional in-store experience for our athletes. Your day-to-day will involve recruiting, managing, and mentoring the store team, providing world-class customer service, and representing Under Armour with integrity.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Recruit, manage, and mentor the store team
  • Provide exceptional customer service and represent Under Armour with integrity
  • Maintain a working knowledge of our products and services
  • Work with our Visual Merchandising team to ensure the store represents the UA brand
  • Exceed sales targets and maximize every opportunity
